Order processing timelines: 1 - 2 business day for us to pack and ship your order. 

We are exclusively an online store, no pick up. We offer Domestic shipping (only in the US) calculated rates at check out. 

Returns and damages. Though we do not take returns, we do understand sometimes the goods arrive damaged or melted, we will offer replacements or refund.
